I've always been passionate about simplicity. I grew up with an adorable grandmother with amazing taste and hoarding tendencies... a recipe for a well-loved but cluttered space. I'd spend my summer vacations organizing her closet, or cleaning out a junk drawer with Price is Right in the background. I LOVED it. I loved seeing her relief at her space being more functional and aesthetically nice. I learned how to be respectful of her beloved items while also helping her fill the occasional bag for the local charity shop.

STUFF can be great. It can inspire us, provide comfort, and make life better. Too MUCH stuff can do the opposite - drag us down, stress us out, and distract from what really matters. Home Remedy is here when that tipping point is reached, when your quality of life can be drastically improved by letting things go. It might not be easy at first, but with the right helper (me) and the right tools (which will come with time and practice) the changes we make can become habitual and long-lasting.
