For most introductory workshops, the cost is $80 including the lesson du jour and complete, curated watercolor kit. For some workshops there is an additional fee built into the ticket price to allow for use of a special venue or charitable donation, or because the participants will be receiving something from another small business as well (for example, a bouquet of flowers from Nowadays Flower Farm as shown here!)
Already have watercolors? You can also BYO for a ticket cost of $35. So dig out grandma’s palette or bring the paints you haven’t touched since college and come play! |
ALL my favorite stuff: high-quality 14-color travel watercolor palette with built-in water pot, traditional brush, travel brush with water reservoir, pencil, eraser, sketching pen, paper towels, a variety of watercolor paper to try, and a list of my tips and tricks - all contained within a compact (and cute!) upcycled cigar box sourced locally.
Fun fact! I really care SO much about giving you high quality supplies that you won’t “grow out of” as an artist that my margins on these customized boxes are slim! So whether you choose to BYO or buy mine - you’re getting a great deal, I promise! |
Paint Club is a monthly meet-up for workshop alum who want to keep up their newfound art practice in a lovely, low-key art community. It’s a time for you to use your kit, share tips and get feedback from myself and other artists. The cost is $15 per meet-up or $60 flat fee for the year.
Paint Club meets the first Wednesday of the month (6:30pm) at Loaded Question Brewing. Sign up for Paint Club here! |
