Why Paint Everywhere!?
People had been asking me to teach workshops at breweries and other public spaces for a while now - but something always held me back. Was I passionate enough about the medium? Did I have something truly useful to impart on a group of busy adults? And then it struck me - I wanted to encourage creativity to flourish exactly wherever you are - at a brewery, in nature, or on vacation. I designed a watercolor kit (modeled after the one I’ve used since art school!) which encourages the owner to bring it with them on adventures and paint literally everywhere. Why is this important enough to share? Because taking time to appreciate a sunset, the beauty in a leaf, or the colors in your glass of craft beer brings joy and a deep sense of presence. An in-the-moment watercolor is a great way to accomplish this, no matter your ability or experience level.
What's the cost?
The cost is $75 including the lesson du jour and complete watercolor kit, $30 if you BYO watercolor kit! I will also have my fave items on hand for purchase if you need to supplement:)

What's included in the paint kit?

ALL my favorite stuff: high-quality 14-color travel watercolor palette with built-in water pot, traditional brush, travel brush with water reservoir, pencil, kneaded eraser, my all-time fave sketching pen, paper towels, and a variety of watercolor paper to try, all contained within a compact (and cute!) upcycled cigar box.

Paint Everywhere! Club

Paint Everywhere! Club is a once monthly meet-up for Paint Everywhere! alum who want to keep up their newfound art practice in a lovely, low-key art community. We meet the first Wednesday of the month at Loaded Question Brewing in Portsmouth, NH, at 6:30pm. It’s a time for people to bring their kits, share tips and get feedback from myself and other artists. I bring a different subject matter each time for inspiration - or bring your own ideas and I’ll help you make it happen! The cost is $15pp for this motivational, informative, supportive art time! No need to sign up - just show up ready to paint and hang out:)
